I suffered with depression and for me exercise was a good way of helping to relieve the stress and just have even half an hour where I could be happy without a care in the world. I want to help raise awareness for Mind, a charity for those suffering with mental illnesses. The subject of mental illness is still a taboo and rarely spoken about.

Looking for a zumba teacher in the hertfordshire area, ideally with easy reach of hemel hempstead/berkhamsted. who would be willing to help with the event and give an hour or so of their time for the event.

I just did a bit of a search and found a database which lists all of the Zumba instructors in your local area. They've got nearly 50 in your local area so it might be worth checking out this link and getting in contact to see if they'd like to get involved in your event.
