Why care

People with physical disabilities suffer from a lack of get fit options. I think this is unfair as they are more likely to gain weight or become unfit. there must be solutions to this...

The story

I have had a look on the internet but have found no imformation on how to keep fit if you are disabled. So if anybody knows anything please post it. I alsoried to find my GPs email adress to see how easy it was and i found that it was unavailable. I think that disabled people should be able to email their GP about issues such as excercise because it is not fair to have to book an appoinment about it. This might be available at the moment but i dont know, if you do please enlighten me. i found a message board about it on bbc it suggests swimming but this is still not a possible option for one woman and probably more. If anyone is disabled and has a few excercise suggestions for others please share them.
