What it's all about

20 qualified/ c.r.b. checked students from University of Derby. Go into local Primary schools (10) and deliver 6 hour long sessions of Tag rugby to the pupils. At the end of the 6 weeks each School brings a tag team to a festival held at the University and competes against eachother.

The festival will be organised and run by the 20 students

What's needed to make it a reality

Equipment for the students to use in the primary schools (10 sets)

Since you're at the University of Derby and it's one of the unis Junction49's working with in partnership you can apply for up to £750 funding to run your project. Your volunteer support officer ( Alex ) can help you access funding, training and support.
