What it's all about

I am planning a mural painting. Studetns from Durham University will come into the DUCK and SCA office on Sunday 1st June to draw a mural on the wall. Volunteers will then come into the office throughout the week to work on and complete the mural. This will give students a chance to show their artistic abilities, have fun and meet other volunteers. The aim of the mural is to brighten up the SCA/DUCk office so it is an attractive welcoming place and more people will want to come to it and get involved with voluntary work and charity fundraising. The design of the mural is going to be a globe which shows the international charities DUCK works with.

What's needed to make it a reality

As a junction 49 support officer at Durham University I will plan the project and advertise it to volunteers. The money provide by junction 49 will be used to buy paints and paint brushes to produce the mural.
