How it's done

On Sunday 11 November, 2007 meeting at 12 noon we will walk from The Globe Theatre (London Borough of Southwark) to the London Eye (London Borough of Lambeth) and back.

Walkers will meet on the left hand side of the Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre (New Globe Walk).
This entrance is quite convenient as there is a good disabled access, because of the broad street. There will be a member of staff greeting the walkers at a table with a clearly marked Artsline banner. Each walker will be given a note of the route, and an Artsline T-shirt.
An Artsline representative will accompany the walkers and (Name of Celebrity to be announced) will open the walk and send the walkers on their way.

All are welcome, non disabled and disabled people, their families, friends and people who have an interest in this area of London.

Take part and have fun, we think you will enjoy the experience – this is a particularly interesting walk and will leave you with the rest of the day to explore the area at your leisure.

There is a sponsorship form available at Click here to read the original link as well as details on how to make an online donation.
