What it's all about
A good start would be the problems in Africa-;
To stop wars we find something they all have in common that SEEMS more important than life itself-
- GREED. If we give them something that is real that will not only help them to live a little longer but will also enrich their lives via the whole continents ability to progress- attitudes can change the nation as much as money- CO-OPERATION IS A MAJOR CONTRIBUTOR TO PROGRESSION!
Can we all start with an idea of my own; If we can get investor's like 'BILL GATES' to investigate our idea's- it will give him the option of being one of the partners that shall make money(eventually) by a continents progression.
An inland sea that is actually pumped inland by it's own energy, that creates electricity as it travels, goes into various de- salination plants that are run off cheap (large orders) arrays of solar panels from Germany.
kick back is that Africans will see the advantage of making solar panels (another business venture).
An inland see that wasn't too deep could produce clouds that would give different rainfall than they already have. de-salination would give africans cheap salt that they need And fresh water.
There could be major sanitary systems introduced where the sea water is used to pump the excrement away from rivers int a place where it could dry and be used for fuel.
Americans used a method for strip mining that had water going from one size hole to a smaller one until pressure was increased- this is to be done on a massive scale. The way the sea is initially pumped inland.
I'm not crazy - I'm just an innovator and need the world to contemplate my idea's and refine them until we can use them for the good of us all- and believe it or not progression IS GOOD!
What's needed to make it a reality
I am WHITE, English, proud and sympathetic to world progression.

Big thinking! I agree with Frida about gathering more information about your idea and developing it further.
First steps you might consider taking include:
- Get in touch with the people in the USA that put the scheme in place that you mentioned, let them know you'd like to do something similar, perhaps suggest a partnership of some sort if they share their expertise and you give them credit.
- Create a list of people/organisations that you'd like to apply to for funding.
- Consider the countries whose laws you'd need to take into account with an international project such as this, and look into the relevant laws.
Can you clarify your thinking about the link between wars in the world in general being caused by greed...and your scheme to change the weather system in Africa?!
It's been well documented that climate change is going to hit the poorest people first, and in fact it already is! Oxfam's climate change campaign is really gaining momentum at the moment - get involved!
Co-operating on a project that could bring wealth to whoever is willing should give them something else to occupy their minds and spirit other than warring over greed.
My biggest revalation is that YOU all have the ability to progress my idea or idea's of your own - WITHOUT the africans being exploited- just talk to each other and theorise until we know there is real plausability in these iodea's and then refine them.
