What it's all about

To organise a fun/educational day aimed at 80 year 11 students at Edge End High School in Nelson, where I live.

Activities during the fun day will include c.v. letter writing, exam and revision techniques, sexual health awareness, 16 + education and alcohol and drug awareness.

This day will hopefully take place on Saturday 26th Apri 2008, 9am-4pm, if its approved by Junction 49.

To conclude the day I hope to have a party for the students.

For the activities we will get training and support from connextions (Nelson), teachers at the school, Centre for Volunteering and the Touch Project (uclan).
