you need a lot of people! you need banners etc. And you need the loudest voice ever!!! but more importantely you need to be motivated!

What do you want to protest about? And who do you want to protest to?
Once you know that then you can start to gather support to organise a march...to motivate others to join your campaign you'll need to have a clear message so people know whether they believe in your cause
Been on any marches before? I've been on quite a few, though all were big ones like stop the war and climate change...for something smaller it'd probably be best to choose a slightely more specific campaign!
