Could you give us a bit more info about how far you've got with your idea? When we spoke last week you mentioned you're holding the sessions at a library - have you got any dates and times confirmed? You'll also need to think about which school the children are from - unless you've decided that already.
We spoke about CRBs last week on the phone so you should get those in the post soon if they haven't arrived yet.
