What it's all about

From talking to my fellow students, discussing the next charity week starting on the 20th of october, we felt that we will need a greater number of students to help with the collection of charity throughout kingston university in all the different campuses. What we were thinking is to have all sorts of students participate in helping with collecting money for the charity called African Development Trust. No. 1122911.

What's needed to make it a reality

To help us get started we would like lots of students to join us to collect money from everyone. We would also like promotion materials such as buckets, money boxes, info leaflets and t-shirts.
We are currently research to find out how we can get these materials and volunteers.

This sounds fantastic. Perhaps you could add an action calling students from Kingston University to get involved and help collect money throughout the week.

As you're a student at Kingston you can access up to £750 to turn your idea into a reality. Kingston is one of 12 Universities who are taking part in the scheme where you can access funding, training and support from your Volunteer Support Officer (Martin) to help you get your project up and running. You can take a look at the university page here: http://www.junction49.co.uk/university/19/kingston_students_union/
