See you soon,

This is such a fantastic project idea and one which I think will be of great benefit to many students. I think running support groups will be really helpful to students and make them realise that they are not alone. I've found a website which might help you. It has links to guides to various problems and solutions from various student counselling services in universities across the UK: http://www.student.counselling.co.uk/guide.html
As you're students at Kingston you can access up to £750 to help turn your idea into reality. I see you've already got in contact with Martin, your Volunteer Support Officer, which is great. He can help you with advice, funding, training and general support throughout the course of the project.
Good Luck, I think this project could be a real success and I look forward to hearing how it turns out.

How's everything going with the set up of the project? Someone has recently added a new idea to the site where they want to create a peer-to-peer support group for family members of people who suffer from mental health problems, so I thought maybe if you have any advice about setting up your own support group, you could always get in touch with Caroline to share your pearls of wisdom. You can check her idea out here:

I work with Sarah at TimeBank on a mental health social inclusion project for young men. I have recently been looking peer to peer projects in schools and the community and think your idea is brilliant. If you need any help or advice let me know - and I am very keen to hear how you are getting on.

How is everything going? I just wanted to let you know about an opportunity you might be interested in.
On Friday 9th October it is World Mental Health Day and the Mental Health Foundation are encouraging people to organise their own 'Tea and Talk' fundraiser as recent research said that having a cup of tea is really good for your mental health and wellbeing. I just thought I'd let you know about the event in case you were interested at all. Junction49 also has lots of teabags so if you were interested, I'm sure we could spare a few :-) You can read more about the day here:
