What it's all about
This research project is being run by three students who are currently at university.
We are taking part in a programme run by the Three Faiths Forum called the Undergraduate Parliamentors and are interested in exploring how the British educational system promotes religious tolerance.
What's needed to make it a reality
We are looking for people to answer a few questions so if you think your schooll or university would be willing to help us out please let us know.

Good to meet you all yesterday, the project I mentioned at the Citizenship Foundation is called Youth Act, and Ade who's the Director is very friendly and might be able to help - more info here: http://www.citizenshipfoundation.org.uk/main/page.php?69 Report Abuse
We'll certainly get on to them..oooh - p.s. we got two responses back from my schools - Primary Said No (very rudely), but my Secondary said yes :) woo! The executive headmaster responded that he thought it was a very interesting idea, and approved, passing it on to the site headmaster - i figure we're ok now that we have his ok. The site headmaster will get back to me shortly.
I am making efforts to contact another primary. Report Abuse
Any ideas of how we can get further progress on developing ideas for the actual questions in the questionnaire? Report Abuse

I think you need to gather info and decide what you want to measure - but then remember that you have the know-how about how to communicate with young people your age - so make sure the questions are accessible! I'd suggest running the questions past teachers for primary and secondary kids for the ages you will be asking too - just to make sure it's not going over their heads :)
Have a good holiday!
