    Thank you for posting your idea on Junction49 :-) For venues have you thought about the BarFly apparently they're quite reasonable? This other Junction49 project took place there, so could always comment on their idea to see how much the venue cost?

    Junction49 is where young people can develop their own ideas for positive change in the community and students who wish to develop a voluntary project to benefit the community can access up to £750 to turn your idea into a reality, as long as you are raising money for a registered charity. LJMU is one of 12 Universities who are taking part in the scheme where students can access funding, training and support from your Volunteer Support Officer (Lucy) to help you get your project up and running. Lucy will also be able to let you know if you're eligible to receive funding. Check out:
