What it's all about

I want to raise money for Junction49 to try and give something back, after seeing all the hard work they do in supporting people with turning their ideas into reality!

To do this, I am going to hold a food sale with a difference - a KRISPY KREME sale!! For those that don't know, Krispy Kreme doughnuts are so incredibly good that some people believe they are almost too tasty to eat (almost).

I'm aiming to hold the sale near the Junction49 HQ on September 13th with the help of some kind volunteers, and have contacted Krispy Kreme to use their fundraising scheme which means I can buy several boxes of doughnuts very cheaply, and sell them for a profit which will go to Junction49!

Heres to hoping the fundraiser goes successfully - what do you all think about this idea? Leave me a comment/encouraging message and I'll be sure to keep you updated on how the event goes in a couple of weeks' time!

I hope all is well and your settling back into Uni well. Following on from the fundraiser you and i did for Junction49, United4change have also decided to take part in our own Krispy Kreme fundraiser. It ties in with U4C's campaign: ''Eat a donut, change a life'' and coincides with world food day which is this week. We started on Wednesday and will finish next Monday. The campaign is to raise money towards feeding programs we are establishing in Kenya and has so far been a brilliant success. Thans for the inspiration Rav!!!!
