What it's all about
I would like to create a network of volunteers to be able to raise funds for chYps children's hospice, which covers the whole of West Kent. chYps is a hospice in the home service, enabling the family to spend as much time together as possible when going through a difficult time.

I need helpers! People who would like to raise funds for a local children's hospice throughout the year by putting on fundraising events, holding bucket collections, helping out at chYps organised events and just helping to spread the word of the work they do.

This sounds great. Do you have an idea of the kinds of fundraising events you would the champions to put on at the moment? If you want some inspiration for fundraising projects, you can use the search box to see what others have done on Junction49 by typing in 'fundraising'.
Also, as things are planned you can write about them in your diary on the page or as actions too to get others engaged. Also if there are particular roles that you need people to do, you can break these down into actions.
