What it's all about

To start a local sports club in my local area. It would help all the children under the age 16/17 feel more involved n sport as there is not much oppurtunity in my local area. It would also be sort of a social club.

What's needed to make it a reality

What its all about?

What can make it happen?

Time is stopping me, also need to find funding, location and peoplpe who would be willing to offer the time a dedication to help set this project up.

What is the one thing around sport that you would want to do? Put on week long sports camps for kids during the holiday? Run after school sports sessions? Book some time in the local hall to run fitness sessions?

For any of these things you could get funding. Its the kind of thing that the Big Boost fund all the time www.thebigboost.org.uk/

And we can help you with that too. Have a think about what the one thing that you would love to do really well as a first step.

Did you get your project going since you posted this idea on Junction49? Are you still interested in setting this up in your local area? If so just say the word and we'll come up with an action plan for you!
