Common Purpose is an international leadership development organisation that offers programmes for every stage of the leadership journey. The CHANGEit awards recognise, support and reward young campaigners aged 11-18 who are making a difference in their communities. Frontrunner is a free leadership development programme for pre-career leaders over the age of 18 to broaden their horizons, offer opportunities to learn from cross-sector leaders and create a new network of peer leaders from across the UK.
