How it's done

Love Music Hate Racism uses the positive energy of the music scene to fight back against the racism being pushed by Nazi organisations like the BNP. See how you can get involved where you live. www.lovemusichateracism.com

In March 2007, I helped organise a LoveMusicHateRacism concert in West Norwood (London) to celebrate multiculturalism and to raise awareness to help campaign against the nazi BNP party. It was great fun and a big success in our local community. We had dance groups, bands, singers and an open mic session. It brought together a diverse range of refugee groups, youth groups, families and performers.

Your own event:
If you have an idea for an event in your town, or if you are a performer and want to make your gig a LMHR one, LMHR can help organise it - putting you in touch with performers, publicising your event on this website, pointing you in the right direction for venues and technical equipment.
